It’s strangely convenient, to be working on a website and be in self-isolation. It seems I have to be in isolation to be able to concentrate on learning. I can get distracted by a fly. I don’t need lots of activity around me to loose my train-of-thought. I think all my friends have heard that statement from me a thousand and one times. Even now I can hear the dryer running and know the towels in there were dry twenty minutes ago. I wish I could get hyper-focused as easily as I can get distracted. What did I just say? Even my writing goes off in different directions. I am learning so much about social media and the important link it is to my website. Yep, that’s my learning curve…social media. The outside world is struggling to flatten the curve. How did the word “curve” become so important in the English language? Right now, it’s more important than ever. Do you ever feel you are lacking in knowledge? Everyone is lacking in some area as they try to understand our new way of living and learning. They seem to go hand in hand right now. We can be thankful for this time to gain new knowledge but it doesn’t make it any easier when people are sick and out of work. It really does go without saying that we are bombarded with too much information right now on all fronts. Do you feel the same? Try to hang in there and don’t be too hard on yourself. I have your back and I am feeling overwhelmed for both of us. It’s my job to be there for you.
