While visiting Sarasota last week, I found a new Juice Bar called Summer Tap. I walked in and was in awe of the decorative style within this new bar. I wanted to move back to Sarasota and hang out and do my blogging in a delightful atmosphere.

Summer Tap is the most beautiful juice bar. The first thing I focused on was the wall of fruit. When do you enter a juice bar and find the fruit on full display? I often wonder if the fruit is fresh, but you can see the produce yourself here.
I couldn’t wait to order, but I had to decide. On the first day, I picked Watermelon Lemonade with watermelon, lemon, strawberry, and lemon zest. It was light and refreshing but not too sweet. On day 2, I chose a fruit smoothie with banana, strawberry, and orange juice.
I sat on the comfortable couch and looked at every inch of the creative surroundings. I was fascinated by the black-and-white pictures above the sofa. But it was hard not to stare at the bright colors of the fruit wall.

Oh yes, the fresh fruit smell put me in a good mood!
