I am not a time traveler but I am super fast at unpacking. I have an immediate goal when I enter a hotel room; let’s get this stuff put away.

The luggage stand is somewhere in the hotel room but I am not interested in finding it. I throw my suitcase on the bed, unzip and grab my makeup case and place it on the bathroom counter. I open the closet door and grab all the hangers. If the hangers are attached to the rod in the closet, I never stay at that hotel again. I put all garments on hangers and pop them in the closet, shoes placed below in a neat row.

Then all the drawers are opened in the dresser. I throw socks in top drawer and then carefully place all panties and bras in the same drawer. All other tops and bottoms are in the second drawer, bathing suits, (weather permitting), bottom drawer.

Back to the bathroom to expedite my OCD makeup and accessories layout. Check out this picture, no one in the hotel staff can say I am messy.
