What happens when you scale down? You have a life, more time, less cleaning. I don’t think there is a downside to downsizing. And, when it comes to sudden company, I can get my apartment looking great in no time.  

To assist my new lifestyle, I rely on two magazines: Cottage Journal and Cottages and Bungalows. Your decorating style may be light and airy or bold and colorful; both magazines will help you make your new dwelling a home. As I look through the pages of these magazines, I always see something new and different to inspire decorating decisions.

I like to change the look of my small home during the different seasons and holidays. And, when you have a cottage, apartment, or condo, the beautiful pictures and ideas will be there in the pages of both magazines. 

Adding charm to any size home makes it more comfortable, and the smaller size makes decorating easy and fun.
