Did I ever think I would write about cute dish towels on a blog?  Just the sight of a dish towel when I was growing up meant work for my sister and me.  If I heard, “Brenda, you need to get your bottom in here to dry the dishes” as a kid, I knew it meant work.  In my head I said, “Why, why can’t we use the dishwasher; why can’t the dishes dry on their own?”  

I thought dish towels would be long gone along with wall phones.  They are still an important accessory for the modern kitchen, the dish towels.   I love finding dish towels with funny quotes for hostess gifts.  This is my style, and I roll with it.
