Blue and white are my go to for decorating.   But tell anyone you are going to cover a couch in white fabric and people are quick to judge.  “Are you crazy…white?”

I fear not white fabric.  The interior of our home was already white, including cabinets and walls…a clean slate.  I was ready to be crazy…to be a daring decorator. 

I always choose furniture pieces carefully.  I want to be able to move furniture from room to room, except the living room couch.  The couch belongs in the living room as a center piece.  It is white with navy blue piping.  The fabric is amazing, it is called Crypton.  It is tuff stuff but oh so beautiful.  A two year old little angel left mud from her shoes on my white Crypton fabric.  I let the mud dry and just brushed it off, no more mud!

Next time you want a durable fabric in many color choices, or classic white…ask about Crypton.
