Go ahead, get out the tree, decorate it, and leave me in the dust. I can’t put away my Fall Decorations until the day after Thanksgiving. I have spent too much money and time collecting fall accessories. The orange candles are not even burnt halfway down.
Christmas is a teasing holiday because of the displays prevalent at the stores. Pharmacies, big box stores, and gift shops are filled with Christmas decorations. I love Christmas but need to compartmentalize; Thanksgiving is first, right?
I may not start the transition from Fall to Christmas at my house until the day after Thanksgiving, but it doesn’t mean I can’t walk through the shops with their Christmas decor all arranged.
I stopped at Blink in Williamsburg, and their Holiday room is eye-popping! The bed is so handsome, and all the pillows are fabulous. I will post the local Holiday decorations on my Instagram and Facebook accounts under There Is No Normal.co.
I will ensure there are lots of pictures on both accounts. And if you see something you like, ask me for all the information, and I will post it.
