I love all the new flowing ankle-length dresses with a 1950s flair. This may be a fashion trend that will fade with time but for now… I am delighted! The blue and white dress featured above is by Zara, but I bought it in Act II Consignment Boutique in Newport News, VA. I found the dress in a window and got so lucky it was in my size and my favorite colors.
When I first saw the dress, I had no idea if it would fit. I always hate to inconvenience a salesperson, but I knew luck was on my side this time. I needed that dress, and I needed it now! I made it to the dressing room, and it fit! It was missing two buttons, but I could move two other buttons on the dress, which would not be obvious.
