I can lose weight and get into shape.  Oh come now, it could happen and I believe it will happen.  I believe it every time I make up my mind to loose weight.  This time it is different…I have will power.  

Power I put aside whenever I was hungry or tired.  There is no time to waste, I can put that power to good use.   Now, I have a few tips I used to change the outcome.   

The night before you exercise put out your workout clothes including socks and sneakers.  When you wake up, the clothes are ready to wear.  

Tell yourself you are just going for 10-15 minutes.  When I do this, it doesn’t over stress me and I always end up working out for much longer.  

Set a goal for calories burned.  I started with 100 calories and now I am up to 400 calories.  Find the machines that help you burn fat faster.  The treadmill is good for a warm-up and the elliptical machine for a more hardcore calorie burn.
