My go to lunch spot is Berret’s Seafood Restaurant & Taphouse Grill.  A locally known and loved restaurant. Conveniently located in Merchants Square in Colonial Williamsburg, it satisfies all ages and appetites. 

Berret’s menu has great variety yet it’s specialty is seafood.  I am completely enamored with their Maple-Glazed Salmon Fillet.  The salmon is maple glazed and grilled, prepared to your choice temperature.  It is accompanied by creamy three cheese grits, asparagus, apricot marmalade.

I make sure very bite of Salmon is paired with a small amount of the apricot marmalade.  The maple-glaze combined with the apricot marmalade and the salmon, what could be better?
