Walking down King Street in Alexandria is a study in window displays. Each store has their own style, and it is expressed in fascinating window designs.  Creating these displays is an art form unto itself.   

Since the 1980’s when I worked in Palm Beach, Florida, I have admired shop windows.  I worked on Worth Avenue. I truly appreciated the creativity behind the amazing artistry and the hard work that went into the original designs.  

Alexandria has boutique shops which stand out for their creative window art.  Each store has their own style, and they make sure you get a taste of it before you even enter the store.
